Citrus Huanglongbing (HLB) Prevention & Recovery System
A Non-Chemical System Integrating Botanical Extracts and Beneficial Microorganisms, Enhanced by ELPC™
The Global Challenge
Citrus Huanglongbing (HLB), or Citrus Greening Disease, is one of the most serious threats facing citrus production worldwide, causing severe yield losses and long-term orchard decline.
Conventional chemical and pruning approaches have not provided a sustainable solution for widespread HLB management or long-term tree recovery.
NEWKIS® Systemic Approach
Botanical Extracts + Beneficial Microorganisms
Enhanced by ELPC® for non-contact field application and systemic plant-health management.
The approach integrates biological inputs with ELPC® -enabled non-contact field application, targeting plant recovery, vitality and long-term resilience.
Field Results Summary
✓ Rapid improvement in leaf appearance and tree vitality
✓ New flush and shoot development observed
✓ Root regeneration and improved tree vigor reported
✓ Recovery observed under field conditions
✓ Non-chemical, plant-based management approach
✓ Long-term resilience observed under continued application
Latest Field Validation
Case 1. Fogang, Guangdong, China — 2026
Recent field observations from Fogang provide additional evidence of citrus tree recovery and sustained vitality under the NEWKIS® HLB management approach.
🎥 For a visual record of the Fogang field case, see the video on the left.
From December 2025 to July 2026, monthly field records documented continued tree recovery and vitality, while the orchard record reported zero newly identified HLB-affected trees during the observation period.
Case 2. onghua, Guangzhou, China — 2024–2026
A separate citrus orchard in Conghua has been continuously tracked for approximately two years, providing a longer-term field record of tree condition, fruit development and orchard performance.
📄 The 2-year field tracking report is available in the HLB Evidence & Documentation section on the left.
The case is being further documented as part of NEWKIS®’s ongoing field validation and international research collaboration.
Long-Term Resilience
With continued application, field observations have shown sustained tree vitality and productivity, including in orchards where HLB remains widespread.
The Fogang field record adds a further long-term observation point to this growing body of evidence.
NEWKIS® is advancing field-based validation with international partners to evaluate recovery, productivity, and long-term resilience under diverse citrus-growing conditions.
